Healthy is sexy: Simple Fruit Popsicles
* 1 (8 oz.) bottle of pomegranate juice or any other
* 1 pint fresh blueberries, plus some extras for “garnish” if you’d like
* 1 (6 oz.) container Greek yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and pulse until combined. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or Dixie cups, add popsicle sticks (and some extra berries for “garnish” if you’d like), and then freeze until frozen.
If the sticks start to fall over, just cut a small slit in a square of wax paper, thread the popsicle stick through it, and then place on top of the Dixie cup.
i am definitely putting an ice cream maker on my birthday wish-list. i know that sounds like a terrible thing for an ice cream addict on a weight loss mission to do, but seriously, how awesome would this be as ice cream! i always think about how amazing my protein shakes would be as ice cream too. IT HAS TO BE DONE!
