With the current goals I have set for myself (top chart: 1600 cals a day + exercising 1-3 times per week) I should be roughly 175 pounds by my birthday. I’ve been maintaining those goals for the past few weeks.
The second chart: upping exercise to 3-5 times a week with the same calories gives me roughly 163 by my birthday. XD
There are no more holidays all summer long that focus on food. I have no excuses, just laziness to blame if I can’t do this. I HAVE 5 MONTHS! I owe this to myself. I promised myself 2 years ago I’d already be here! I’m finishing this once and for all!
